The JOBS One-Stop is a collaborative partnership between Fairfield, Pickaway and Ross Counties know as Workforce Investment Area 20.. The Ross County Department of Job and Family Services is designated as the fiscal agent and administrative entity for Workforce Investment Act (WIA).
