children with disabilities or chronic care needs, and as a

Pregnancy
Related Services (PRS)
§
Promotes
prenatal care of Medicaid recipients for a successful
pregnancy and birth.
§
Complete
pregnancy-related care before and after the birth of your
baby.
§
Qualifications include
o
All
Medicaid or non-medical individuals at or below 150% Federal
Poverty Level
o
Verbal,
written, or medical documentation of pregnancy
Services for pregnant women and
infants up to one year old may include, but are not limited
to
o
Transportation to medical appointments
o
Assistance in finding a physician and/or making appointments
o
Referrals to other agencies or organizations
o
Education regarding newborn care
o
Informational packets for expectant mothers
