Pregnancy
Related Services provide pregnant women and infants up to one
year old the following services:
• Transportation
• Referrals to other organizations
• Assistance in finding a doctor and making appointments
• Home visits
• Education regarding care for a newborn
• Informational packets for expecting mothers
Qualifications
include:
• All Medicaid or non-Medicaid individuals at or below
150% Federal Poverty Level
• Verbal, written, or medical documentation of pregnancy
Services are available for At-Risk expectant mothers including
those with the Medical Card.
