Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
No debit cards accepted at the window
Child support payments are accepted by walk-ins only, not collected through the mail at this location.
The agency has multiple intergovernmental funding streams that are used to pay various types of accounts payables. All accounts payables and receivables are
processed through the financial department. Payments generally take three weeks to pay and mailed from the Ross County Treasurer Office. The agency monitors, and
is audited, on a regular basis to ensure that we are following the state and federal rules and regulations of public funds. We work closely with the Ohio Department
of Job and Family Services, the Ross County Auditor, the Ross County Treasurer, and the Ross County Board of Commissioners to work towards our mission statement.
